Blog This: Challenge 62

Holidays! This week's challenge is to share you favourite holiday photo with everyone! It doesn't matter how old it is, or how old you were, share it with us and tell us the story behind it!

 

I know this is probably not exactly addressing the Challenge criteria but ...well, I'm going to do it anyway.

Here's a photo of a holiday I would LOVE to go on. I haven't officially been on it yet so I can't claim ownership of photos here but one day I hope to be able to venture over land and sea and stay awhile at this gorgeous little location.

Rural France!

I'd stay just outside this quaint little village.

In this stone villa,

which overlooked this gorgeous vista.

And off to the village markets I'd walk each day to buy my daily dose of fresh French bread

and cheese.

Then I'd meander back to my lovely french villa and find a shady nook outside to sit and feast and read and blog and write my best selling non-fiction book about interior decorating, gardens, rustic sheds and unschooling.

It wouldn't be long before I'd be pining for home and back to Australia I'd come, refreshed and happy to be home with my best seller ready to sit pretty {but not for long!} in my lovely local book store.

Yep, and pigs might fly!
