First crab apple blossom.
First forget-me-nots of spring ~ actually, these are the first forget-me-not flowers in my garden at the purple nest full stop. I'm so happy to have them here. Thank you, Lynda for the lovely seeds you scattered in my garden. They are soooo pretty.

First borage flowers {also thank you to Lynda for these lovely ground covers. They have gone beserko in my garden and I'm loving them. They mean less mulching and add a very pretty blue everywhere}.
First nectarine blossoms.
The magnolia is now in full bloom. It's such a slooooowwww growing plant but it's absolutely perfectly covered in flowers this year. It just gets better and better as time goes on.
Every day I go out and check the flowering peach. Every day it's buds are becoming more and more ready to burst. I can't wait until they do as they are an absolute delight. The tree is a standard and it's weepy and so the hot pink buds smother the bare branches like dripping, drapey party streamers. I can't wait to show you this years display. Patience...patience...I'm saying that to myself, not you:)
