Nests! I love them.

Nests conjure up thoughts and feelings of ...cosiness, warmth, security, beauty, protection, provision, comfort, nature, gardens, homeliness, birds, feathers, pear trees....all things homely and inviting.

Everyone has a nest. Each one is unique and special and says something about the person who feathers it. There are soooo many different sorts of nests........

So many beautiful nests!

I'd like this blog to be a place for me to share with you all that I love about nests and feathering them. After all, 'to feather one's nest' is a special occupation and one that so many of us spend lots of time and doing. I hope you might be inspired by something in here to make your nest a place of beauty and comfort. May it be, for you, that one little place in life, even if it's only a nook or cranny, that you can fill with the things you love and treasure and can be still and safe and comfortable in.
